Barrister Michael Enow is a key Associate of the Firm. Like Professor Ngwafor, he also took his first degree, “Licence en Droit” from the University of Yaounde and even went on to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in English Private Law from the same Institution. He then proceeded to the University of Lagos, Nigeria where he obtained an LL.M in International Law. It is interesting to note that he later earned a second LL.M at Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A., specializing in Oil/Gas and Environmental Law.
He is a member of the Louisiana Bar and the Cameroon Bar and is the founder of Enow and Associates Law Firm in New Orleans, Louisiana. His practice so far, has been centred in the following areas: International Financial Transactions, Energy and Petroleum Law, Environmental Law, General Civil litigation, Corporations, Business start-ups and Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Contracts, Insurance Law, Maritime Law and the performance of due diligence in transnational transactions. |
