Mr. Celestine Neba, like most Associates in NGWAFOR & PARTNERS took his first degree in Law (Licence en Droit) from the University of Yaoundé II . This explains why he is very current and knowledgeable in both Civil and Common Law. He later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma (Maitrise en Droit) in Business Law in the same University with particular Interests in Corporate Law, Intellectual Property (Patent), Mining, Aviation Law, Insurance, Accident compensation, Banking and Business Law in general. He is very fluent in English and French although he feels more comfortable in English having hailed from the English speaking part of our bilingual country Cameroon.
