Dr. MBU has over twenty five years experience in banking and international finance. He holds the LL.B degree from the University of Yaoundé, the LL.M and Ph.D degrees both from the prestigious Yale University Law School in the USA. Upon graduation from Yale in 1980, he began his legal career at the World Bank, Washington DC and later worked with the leading international project finance law firm of White & Case, New York. Prior to joining NGWAFOR & PARTNERS, he was a Senior and later principal counsel at the African Development Bank (ADB), Abidjan. He is today assigned to the banking and international finance practice group of NGWAFOR & PARTNERS and could be reached at the Firm’s Head Office at the HILTON HOTEL, Yaoundé.
